I've been doing myfitness pal since Feb 14th. I have never blogged or anything. I am kinda at a stand still with the wieght loss and getting a little discouraged. I thought maybe some of you can give me some tips or pointers on things that work for you!! Thanks

    Try changing up your exercise routine. Try new exercises or try a new class. Mix up the routine.

    you may also want to try changing up your foods and maybe your calories. Have you adjusted your goals since you started? Another suggestion would be to limit salt and drink more water.

    thanks for comments. I've just started changing my excercise routine and yes I just adjusted my calorie intake. I am a saltaholic! And trying to do better with water. I just don't drink much of anything just when I am extremely thirsty. Thanks to you and good luck on your goals!
