17 days and a huge difference! ****PICTURES**

So you can obviously tell I've lost inches, I'm only 182 in the new pictures, but inches are what count! woot!

    Haha no, I woke up and was astonished that I've lost so many inches in 17 days. Just thought i'd share. I want to weigh 160 by July.

    It feels good right! I just started onFeb.2nd im down 12ibs..and a couple inches :)

    Well first, I drink tons of water everyday, walk at least an hour everyday and a good fast but not to fast pace.
    I run 5 to 7 miles every other day as well.

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Run 5-7 miles, weight training for 1 hour.
    Tuesday, Thursday,Saturday: Run 2-3 miles, weight trainging for 1 hour 30 minutes.

    Sunday: Run 5 miles.

    Everyday I do push ups and crunches, 25 pushups, 4 sets.
    Crunches, side crunches, and weights above my head bending sideways - 50, 4 sets.

    Drink tons of water.
    I don't eat junk food, except Nutter Butters ha!

    People say not to eat white rice, but I love it and it's healthy. So I eat that with chicken a lot.
    Special K cereal has helped me too. Egg whites instead of eggs.

    Sleep! I sleep a lot whenever I get the chance.

    I'm in the Army, and always doing missions and patrols... wearing that body armor is no joke, doing a 12 mile patrol wearing 120-150 pounds of gear in 120+ degree weather helps.

    Hey, that's great for such a short timeframe. I can certainly see a difference around the belly.
    Your regime is killer, you've got hella stamina for all that mess lol
