Body Revolution by Jililan Michaels (for P90X fans?)

Hi, All -
So, I'm finishing up my third round of P90X and want to switch things up. I have lost 60 pounds through P90X and have definitely gained strength, balance, etc. - but I don't want to just repeat the same routines forever (yes - I customize, but still. It gets a bit old watching the same people all the time).
I don't know that I want to go right into P90X 2, and I don't think I want to go backwards towards the original Power 90. I have been thinking of doing either of two things:
1. Get Tony Horton's 10-Minute Trainer DVDs and create my own plan.
2. Get Jillian Michael's Body Revolution.
I like the idea of trying another 90-day program that I can then customize for myself after the first round (as I did with my 2nd and 3rd rounds of P90X). But, I am a guy and I want to make sure that Body Revolution will work just as well for me as P90X. I'm not necessarily trying to bulk up at all - I'm really just trying to lose weight and get toned/build lean muscle mass (not interested in becoming a body builder). So, I do want some strength training, because it's important to weight loss + metabolism, but I don't think the 10-mintue Trainer DVDs have any strength training in them....
Any thoughts about the Body Revolution vs. 10-Minute Trainer? I'd love to hear particularly from any guys who have done Body Revolution, but thoughts about the program in general would be great.... don't want to spend the money withotu some specific feedback.
Thanks!!

Have you thought of doing crossfit or working with kettle bells. I moved to those after P90X and I liked the diversity.0

i am on my third day of body revolution and its totally kicking my butt!! i love it so far. i've never done p90x so i cant really compare the two. theres a couple men on the dvd doing it. the workout plan is 4 days of strength training and two days cardio. oh and its only 30 minutes a day...cant beat that0

I would say 10-minute Trainer incorporates strength training along with cardio. If you go on the teambeachbody.com webiste, there are testimonials about the fitness program. One reads something along the lines of three DVDs and you have P90X in 30 minutes!
I don't know much about the Jillian Michaels, so I can't speak to that, sorry!
Good luck!0 -

Unfortunately, there aren't many crossfit locations nearby (and I wouldn't be able to afford regular classes). I also like to workout at home + the nutrition elements of the Body Revolution program.0 -
Have you looked into Insanity? I was originally going to do it after I finished my current p90x cycle but was given p90x2 as a gift so I sort of feel obligated to go with it. Insanity looks like mostly cardio so it is really focused on weight loss vs. strength and I have seen many, many people mixing it with p90x as a hybrid workout. Might be just the thing to shed some weight quickly if you already have a good fitness level with the p90x.0

I did look at Insanity... but it looks kinda crazy to me. Lol0 -
My husband and I are doing Body Revolution. He lost 7 pounds during the first week. We are on week 2 now and he's lost about another 2 pounds. He looks so different now from just a week and a half. It seems like you are really interested in Body Revolution. I think you should go for it. Its a great workout.0
