Intervals are a good exercise to target belly fat. Whatever aerobic exercise you do (running, biking, etc.), try going for 1-2 minutes hard/fast (about 90% of max heart rate), then for twice that amount of time, go slower (about 65-70% of max heart rate).0

Firmly grasp the belly fat with both hands, then violently shake it up and down while yelling "Evil fat be gone!!"
You may need to boil some leaf cutter ant larvea, just in case.0 -
If employing a Shaman doesn't work, your best strategy is to increase strength and lower your body fat percentage until your are happy with your abs.
Unfortunately we can't spot reduce and it's really a matter of genetics in where we store fat.0 -

This is my daily regime!0 -
make sure your diet is sound...while you can exercise to strengthen your core and burn fat...belly fat will be almost the last to go...it does go hand in hand with diet - especially if your diet has lots of processed fructose sugars0

This...
I struggled with my belly fat for years. I wouldn't listen to any of my trainers regarding my diet. So at the beginning of this year, I finally followed suit (smaller meals more often, more protein). It's working and it's only been six weeks and I can feel and see the "melt" (3.3% body fat loss so far). There are some who believe this way of eating is rubbish (i.e., not scientically proven)... but it is working for me. Good luck!0 -
Work out your shoulders and low back when you do ab work. And lots of twisting motion for your trunk. Then when you loss the extra fat, your muscles will be healthy and pop.0

This! Although there is no way to actually spot reduce, but as you lower you BF% that area will get better. On most people...belly fat goes last. Sucks!0 -

Is this before or after a few rounds of screaming "SERENITY NOW!" ?0
