    PR'd my deadlift this morning at CF! 185#! My very first CrossFit Total 375# pretty good for a shorty!

    I am limited to some extent by lower back issues but was finally able to start dead lifting a few months back. I love my upper body since I started lifting so I'm hoping my lower body will start to catch up now I can do more. I can dead lift my body weight and am keen to see progress. I was introduced to one arm rotational barbel dead lifts the other day, could feel those for days after!
