almond milk and fiber one original cereal with fruit, about 230-250 depending on what fruit you use0

idk if fiber one is gluten free, but rice krispies are but they would be more calories0

I would say almond milk, chocolate protein powder (is that gluten free)& banana0

Arbonne shakes are full of vegan protein and are gluten free. and they are really yummy. the vanilla one tastes like cake batter!0
