MFP calories burned or what my treadmill says?

Its never consistent what mfp says and what my treadmill says when i exercise. What should I use?

I'd pick the lower number to be "safe". Both can be off in their estimate.0

I go with MFP and I still don't eat all of the calories back for fear it still may be too high. My treadmill (which does not know my weight and inaccurately takes my HR) is always 60-100 calories higher depending on how far I've run. So I say go conservative and use the lesser number.0
