    NSV goals: "healthy" BMI, increase ratio of lean muscle mass to fat, get down to size 4 (or 6 if 4 is unrealistic...but I was 4 in my teens and early twenties), run a mile without stopping, make my triceps visible, and lose my extra chin(s)!

    This time around, I'm not focused so much on weight loss as I am on fat loss. I lost 25 pounds last year but wasn't doing much strength training, and I didn't really look that much better. Then I gained it all back anyway. :\ So now I'm focusing on cardio AND strength training, and FEEDING MY BODY, which means eating back my exercise calories so that I don't lose muscle mass or decrease my metabolism.
