Yes, there is a huge amount of people talking about this after Dr. Oz's recent episode. Wanted to know if anyone has been taking it and has genuinely seen results because of it? I work out 4X week doing boxing and KB, but after having my son, my stomache is not cooperating with the rest of my body... HELP!

I went to the health food store about a week after the Dr. Oz show. When I started to talk to the clerk, she said "let me guess, you want raspberry ketones?" She told me that a TON of people were looking for them and that they were not good for you and can be extremely dangerous. She told me that she was shocked that Dr. Oz even mentioned them. I am not sure if they work or not, but I didn't get any.0

I'd like to see the studies & I'd like to see how much active ingredient you get in these pricey pills.0

Second thread in an hour on this same topic. For more responses, see: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/508720-raspberry-ketones?hl=raspberry+ketones#posts-7085831
Also, I HIGHLY ENDORSE the OPs message on this thread: raspberry-ketones">http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/482965-let-s-talk-about-raspberry-ketones
I've yet to see Acg67 steer people wrong, and he's 100% right about the raspberry ketones.

Nothing but a money maker. I have no respect for Dr. Oz at all. I used to watch his show when he focused on healthy eating and exercise but now he's just there to push pills and make people believe in magic pills. He even advertised one episode as having the "Magic pill for weight loss" No Doctor that cares about his patients would say that.
I wouldn't waste your money! Unfortunately the tummy is the hardest part to tone up and lose fat from. ... and we can't spot reduce

My mom started taking 7-Keto after the Dr Oz episode with the raspberry ketones, I'll have to ask her if she's lost any weight. Personally, I decided not to try any of it because of my thyroid.
I read an article published by dietsinreview.com, it made a lot of sense.

I'd read that before considering taking it.0 -
Thanks for the link, it was helpful.0
