Hello everyone! My name is Tracy and I have been going at this weight loss thing for a while. i have always heard calories in calories out and now I am gonna try it this way!

    Thanks to all of you! I am happy to be following some great leaders it looks like.

    any ideas in some 400 cal meanls or 200 cal snacks... :)

    Just make sure you are making smart choices for your calories. while the occasional pizza/hamburger etc is fine..not all calories are the same.
    I was on weight watchers a couple years back and ate "within my points" but didn't make smart choices with those points. Ended up not feeling all that well as a result. Now I count my calories and make smart choices and feel so much healthier. I have more energy and am less tired and down.
