I received these tips from our Simply Slimming Challenge and I thought I'd share it with my MFP family.

1. 1/2 cup Slow-Churned Ice Cream = 100 calories
2. 6 cups microwave popcorn = 100 calories
3. 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a small wedge of cantaloupe = 100 calories
4. 3 whole-grain crackers with cheese = 98 calories
5. 14 almonds = 98 calories
6. 6 whole-grain pretzel sticks = 96 calories
7. Baked apple with a sprinkle of cinnamon = 95 calories
8. 1/3 cup edamame = 92 calories
9. 8 baby carrots and 2 table-spoons hummus = 90 calories
10. 1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt and a teaspoon of sunflower seeds = 88 calories
11. Half a baked potato and a tablespoon salsa = 84 calories
12. 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt and a teaspoon of honey = 84 calories

If you're counting calories, I'd rather spend 100 calories on something nutritious and filling, rather than a 100-calorie snack pack of empty calories/carbs that's going to do nothing for me except make me crave three more snack packs in an hour LOL

A 100-calorie snack for me is usually a piece of fruit, a cup of cottage cheese, some beef jerky (protein!), half an avocado (healthy fat!), or a handful of nuts.

The snacks the OP posted are not snack packs but healthy snacks.
