Too much protein??

I have been logging food for only a few days on MFP. I've been slightly under on calories each day but way over in protein. Is that bad?

    Everyone is different. personally, I don't think I can eat too much protein. I never care if I'm over for protein, or fiber, or even fat since it's usually good fat (avocado, salmon, nuts). I worry more when I see too many overall calories, and especially sugar. But it's nice to be able to keep track so if you see a trend that you aren't losing, you can go back and check where you are too high and see if cutting back helps. Are you adding extra protein (as in powders or supplements)? that adds a lot of calories.
