After Insanity

I use insanity to on days I cannot get to the gym or run outside. I am looking to buy a few more cardio intense videos. I lift 3 times a week and run a good bit, so these are purely to supplement when stuck at home. Can anyone recommend hard cardio workouts.

    I went to Insanity Asylum after Insanity. I loved it!!!

    I was really pleased with Asylum too, in fact, like it better than Insanity.
