Hello. My name is Shirley. I'm 52, 5'3", and currently 190lbs. My goal weight is 135lbs. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, so I am wanting to get fit and healthy to (hopefully) be rid of it. I am looking for friends who can support me to work towards my goal.
