I weigh myself daily but I only record it once a week on Mondays.0

I weigh in once a week and put the scale away when I'm done, otherwise I obsess about it. I use to weigh my self 2 times everyday! This was not a healthy "habit." I feel so much better and DETERMINED when I weigh in once weekly.0

I weigh myself daily. I had my husband hide the scale from me, so I would stop obsessing over it, but i think it backfired. I felt like I cheated more often because I knew I wouldnt see the results the next morning. So I personally need to weigh-in every day to stay on track. I take measurements once a week as well.0

i try to take my measurements every two weeks, but somtimes that ends up being monthly as well. i measure neck, arms, chest in 3 places, waist in 3 places, hips, thighs, calves0 -
I weigh in daily. I know that the numbers aren't very realistic/accurate when you do that but l'm just addicted to looking at those numbers. I update my real weight once a week though.0

I weigh in once a week, because I obsess over it if I weigh in more. I measure every 6 weeks or so.0

I weigh in daily, smile when I see results and work harder when I notice that I've gain more than the average. It's a win-win situation for me.0

I honestly step on the scale way too much...lol I weigh myself every morning...but I know I shouldn't...0

I weigh in every day and usually at night before bed as well. It helps me greatly to keep my weight loss on my mind and not let myself cheat, thinking I'll make up for it later. But I don't let a small gain get me down because they always resolve themselves in a day or two.0
