A little to hungry after working out

I need help. I work out between my afternoon snack and dinner. I burn about 600-800 calories per workout. Afterwards I am a little too hungry. If I eat back my calories my weight doesn't go down. I keep a close eye on my sodium, fat, fiber and protein. Any suggestions would be so helpful. Thanks!!! Best wishes on your weight loss/ management goals!!!

You could try something small like a banana and a little low fat chocolate milk. I find this helps since I'm getting protein from the milk, potassium and such from the banana, plus a little bit of sugar. You can probably keep this around 200cal too, if you go with a small amount of milk.
BTW, hard core workout! I don't burn nearly that much in a single workout. Props!0
