            I have been walking on the treadmill everyday doing 30 minutes...I feel great! need encouragement NOT to lose interest 0 0

            Only tracked running and walking (for exercise) for the month. In March, I will be tracking my bike distances when I do cross training as well. Hope to top 100miles combined.

 I have no clue where I would find the time to do all of that running.
 I run for an hour +/- 10 minutes most every weekday mornings. So that is usually 7 or 8 miles per day. Weekends, I usually run both days, with from 15-20 on one day and from 5 - 10 on the other day. That will get you north of 50 miles for the week.0
