If the nutritional info on a can of say peaches or chick peas is 150ml is that with the juice or water or without? And how many grams would that be?

I honestly don't know if it's with or without the liquid, but based on the measurement given, it seems like it would be with. I say this because they've given you a volume measurement.
And because it's a volume measurement, it can't be easily converted to grams since that's a weight measurement and there isn't a standard conversion for that since the density of the item would affect the weight even if the volume was the same (e.g. 100mL of water would weight less than 100mL of honey because it's less dense.)0 -
Hmmm because i drain my peaches and im trying to figure out how to log it and i make hummus all the time and drain my chickpeas and dont know how to weigh and log that either grrr i hate canned foods haha0

Can't you use a scale?0

Does it say 150ml (Drained) or (net weight)? Net weight = with water, drained = without.
Alternatively look for the product on the internet. Hope this helps0 -
