have been using myfitnesspal for about a month now
needed a good way to track my intake and exercise it works great
now that i am watching what i am eating for calories im looking for some good recipes
for breakfast lunch and dinner

my kids are getting sick of rice and chicken LOL
i was not a big fan of rice but it is not that bad.

i would like to plan out week food in advanced since both my kids are heavy into soccer we are on the go almost as soon as i get home from work
so slow cooker is used a lot.

Thanks.
