Fasting - Calorie intake

Dear All,
I'm on my 19 day fast from tomorrow till 20th March in which I can only take food before Sunrise and after Sunset and "Not even water in between".
Hence, in this scenario not to loose any muscle tissue and to maintain the BMR for my good Metabolic rate, can you guys help me to figure out as to what/how to eat in order to maintain my Metabolism ?

I'm curious about what type of fast you are doing. I am starting again today to do a once a week fast during Lent, for spiritual reasons. I always drink water during the day. But since this is my first fast in like a year:ohwell: I was thinking of doing a liquid fast. I plan on doing a yogurt smoothie with protein powder for breakfast, vegetable and fruit juice for other meals. wish me luck!0
