I just registered to use this website. I have always used FitDay.com and been pretty pleased, but I'm ready for something new. I've been in a little bit of a rut since the new year and I'm hoping a change will help "kick me in gear". I've lost 32 pounds since last September. I would like to lose about 30 more.

On MFP, members establish "clubs" or groups dedicated to losing a certain amount of weight. Some people need to lose 100 pounds and others 10 pounds. Scroll through the forums to find a group that's suitable for your needs and you'll be able to discuss your goals together.
