A year later.....and 60 lbs. lighter

Well since i had my one year MFP anniversary yesterday i figured i owed it to myself to post some kind of before and after picture. The before picture is during the summer 2010. I weighed about 245. The "after" picture is from the middle of Febuary and i weight about 180. Altogether i have lost about 65 pounds. Right now im stuck with a flabby stomach that im trying to get rid of but i couldn't be any happier MFP has changed my life. Thank you! :) (and thanks to all of my friends who have been there even when i haven't)

    Oh my gosh, that is fantastic!! I agree that you do look young, but then I saw that you are 20....so, you ARE young! Your flabby tummy will jump right back....I've heard there are things you can eat/drink (like apple cider vinegar) to hasten the process.
