Okay, so I LOVE  veggies and have a lot of different ways of cooking them and making them oh so delicous!!! And of course I even love most veggies raw too! So my problem here is that I DON'T like fruits so much....avacodo is my favorite fruit and that's pretty darn close to a veggie in my eyes  Is there anything you guys do with your fruit??? I know you can make a smoothie, or dip apple in caramel, or even heat apple up and put cinn. on it....but those things just don't appeal to me  I got 100 calorie containers of caramel yesterday and used it today with an apple and I really didn't like it!!!! I REALLY WANT TO EAT MORE FRUIT THOUGH.....

    Here are some ideas:

In a salad: Slice up grapes and an orange and make it a mandarin summery salad with a light vinaigrette dressing.

In a PB&J: Put some natural peanut butter on whole wheat bread, slice up a banana and put the slices on the sandwich. sprinkle a little cinimon on top and enjoy :)

Make a parfait! Layer some strawberries, bluberries, melon or grapes with some low fat yogurt, fat free cool whip and maybe some granola.

I LOVE fruit with cottage cheese. Strawberries and blueberries are my fave. I also love PB with an apple. Have you tried putting berries or a banana in cereal? Fruit salsas on fish or chicken is also yummy.

    Oh...I thought of another....

Spring mix salad with oranges, berries, red onion, avocado and rasberry vinaigrette. You could also add nuts and chicken.

    hey!
I'm the exact same way! I can NOT eat fruit on it's own! Not even apples! I have an apple with a tbsp of peanut butter... to get all my berries in I've been mixing it with PLAIN yogurt and honey! I mix a good squeeze of honey with about 3 tbsp of the yogurt - honey makes it more smooth and liquidy..then i use that as a dressing for my fruit! So far so good! Try it!

    Do you like those all-fruit jams/preserves? PB & J!
