Just completed my first day. What do you guys enter it in as in the exercise tracker? Thanks.

    Most enter it as circuit training. That seems to be the most accurate when compared with a HRM.
  • I'm starting this today as well! I would love a buddy to do this with!
    I was going to wait to start until March- but after seeing all the success stories with it, I just couldn't wait! Plus the 20 minutes a day is very appealing!
