vitamins and supplements

What do you take and what is it used for? Just looking to see what everyone uses because i am thinking of adding a few to my list.
Right now i take assault ( a ceatine mixture) before lifting, fish oil sport pills, multi-vitamin, fiber pills and protein powder.

    I take fish oil, multi-vitamin, BCAA's, calcium, & protein powder with L-creatine. I'm doing the Jamie Eason Live fit and bought the package deal of vitamins, i took most of these anyways but it was a really good price that I couldn't pass up.
