Baking eggs? Is this a thing?

Hey everyone!

I'm a student living on university residence and we're not allowed hot plates, kettles, toasters, etc. Recently, I bought a toaster oven, semi-illegally, because cafeteria food is hella unhealthy. I want to start eating more eggs, but I don't know how to cook them. Is it possible to bake them in a toaster oven, on some bread or something? Does anyone have any experience with this which they'd like to share?

Yes! You can bake eggs. If you get a few little ramekins it'll help. I bought mine at Cost Plus, a 4 pack was about $2.99.

I have a full gourmet kitchen, but I still bake eggs every Sunday night to eat throughout the week. I add chopped veggies (usually peppers, spinach, leeks, etc.) and turkey bacon, cut them into small squares, and microwave them in the morning, and usually eat them with a bit of salsa on top.

you can also use a muffin pan. put chopped onion, bacon, peppers and a little cheese in each cup, pour egg mixture over and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. You can freeze the muffins and microwave them when you want to eat them.
