Shopping around outsides of the grocery store, trying to avoid the isles....I only let myself get 2 things from the isle: Special K and Wheat Thins...Keeps me from getting too much processed stuff. Sometimes i'll get the pre-cooked chicken in the freezer section, but I don't really count that hehe. Anyway: right now I'm really into making salads all kinds: so Lettuce, tomatoe, avocado, cheese (variety) cucumber, almonds, strawberries, blueberries, eggs, black beans(taco salad) etc.
