    OMG, I sooooo remember this from the early 90s. It was always on in the morning at like 6:30 or 7. It was a way to help get kids up and getting healthy. This was PRIOR to all of the stuff they are trying now.

    I had a "mousercise" record for my Fisher Price player when I was a kid. I used to do them all the time! Watched the show too! My friends. Thanks for the blast from the past!

    i love it! I also had a tape i think that came with all the songs and work outs ...it was super fun i use to do it everyday!!

    Thanks guys!! I loved it too!! Such a shame that Disney thinks that they need to try new innovative things.........they should have put it back on the air! Wonder what would happen to the youth of America if they did?

    OMG. I went through a phase when I would get up every morning and Mousercise! If I recall correctly, my parents were worried about me during that phase.

    I may be showing my age but I had a record that came with a book ( JUNGLE BOOK) theme that was excercises you do to the music from the movie The Jungle Book. I remember loving to do it. Blast from the past.

    I aree a video game that promotes health isnt doing much..get the kids up and dancing around and excersing again!! (not that there isnt enough walking at the disney part..who has time to eat? lol)
