i have a polar f7 (old one i think :-))
i have set my max and resting heart rate but when my heart rate reached above 140 my wrist watch starts beeping for me to reduce it?
im not sure why i have checked the user settings and they are set at 75 resting and 193 max rate but the beeping is driving me insane - does anyone know how to stop this?
thanks

Yep, had to do the same or someone would beat me with a stick at the gym. :flowerforyou:0 -
I have that older model, too.
So push OK > UP > SETTINGS > HR SET > HR ALARM > OFF > (And then BACK 4 times)
du'oh. I was too slow. Oh, well, maybe someone else can use the info. Have a happy quiet workout.

You probably have you goal for fat burn, fat burn zone is at lower HR. That being said zones are full of S&%t and the higher you HR within reason the better your results.0 -
I just turned off the sounds.0
