For the first month of my personal slimming challenge I felt fantastic. Lots more energy.
The last week I have felt very tired and lethargic. I havent done any exercise this week except for tonight as I have had a lot on. Could ths be the reason why?
Also as part of my new life style I have cut right down on rice and pasta and all white bread. When I have pasta or rice it's brown. I've been trying to get the majority of carbs from veggies and fruit but I have also been having porridge in the morning and at cake half way through the afternoon. For tea i usuall av a small amount of pasta or a small jacket. Obviously I eat all through the day and never really go for more an 3 hours without food/ snack? I've been eating more than the reccomended dose of protein to combat hunger which is working but have felt really rough this last couple of days. Does it sound like Ill or bad diet? Where ha all this energy gone that I had for the first few weeks?

Without being to see your diary and the foods you're logging, it's harder to suggest why you're low on energy. When I start feeling drained, I get my butt up and take a walk. It always helps. Also, I am a confimed water-aholic. Staying hydrated helps everything move better0

First of all, you could just have a cold, lol. I once had a cold where the only symptom I had was fatigue. Thought I was pregnant or something! Lol
Also, get out there and get exercising, that might help.0
