    great idea, i am going to do this with you all, and i am only going to weigh first day and then at the "report" day. My Dr. recommended i stop weighing myself so much cause i get really discouraged when i only see a lb or two gone after what i feel is working really hard at this. I don't want to have to work at it all the time but hope the healthy eating patterns will become the norm again.

    I'm in! This will give me a visual goal that I can see EVERY DAY! It will hold me accountable!

    My projected is 237 in 5 weeks.
