I teach at a Technical College and we have 5 week terms. Well, I last had this girl in November of last year, when I was at my highest of 250-255. I started MFP on Dec. 13 of last year. I was getting through my Wog for the day (80 min 6.75 mi.) and was walking down the hall and said, Hi to her. She kind of looked at me like "who the hell is that", then as I walked to change, I heard her ask her friends if that was me, and she said "I didn't even recognize him". I'm now at 209. Pretty cool.

If I don't keep it up, you will catch me. I'm running scared. I think I told you my chol. Numbers from my bloodwork, but my A1C dropped from 6.6 (diabetic) to 5.7 (normal).

I teach middle school math, and have lost 40 pounds over the school year. My current students have said NOTHING; I'm not sure they notice. But former students who see me literally gush with praise and compliments. It does my heart good!
