30 Day Shred Results

Let me just start off by saying I was on a diet but I did A LOT of binges. I got really pissed at myself. Anyway with the 30 Day Shred I was doing other stuff like walking & equipment at the gym. I saw great results in just 10 days in of the Shred. Then I went on winter vacation -_- It sucked! It was like all that hard work was for nothing! Next month I plan to be on a strict diet and do some dance (ex: zumba, just dance) & also gym at school. Luckily, there's no vacation so I'll be in gym a lot! AND DOING THE 30 DAY SHRED ROUND 2! What I've noticed from some people is that when you do round 2 you get major results! I'm looking forward to it. So here's my results:

Stomach:
Feb. 1 - 39 inches
Mar. 1 - 38 inches
Arms:
Feb. 1 - 13 inches
Mar. 1 - 13 inches
Legs:
Feb. 1 - 23 1/2 inches
Mar. 1 - 22 3/4 inches
Hips:
Feb. 1 - 44 inches
Mar. 1 - 43 inches
Bust:
Feb 1. - 44 inches
Mar. 1 - 42 3/4 inches
