Good luck with your weight loss.
I have found that limiting processed food as much as possible is the way to go, because the more of the junk you eat, the more you want! Key foods for me have been... egg whites, smoothies, soup, chicken, green tea, and dark chocolate!
Try to keep it around 1600 per day and throw in a little exercise...whatever you like to do!!
