I know working out adds muscle, but I have not lost 1 lb in like 3 weeks and I feel like Im killing myself! Any tips on weightloss! Any foods that help or excercise! Maybe Im stuck and need to change something up?? I'll take ANY advice!! Thanks

  • Have you checked to see if you lost inches? I lost 0 pounds one week, but lost 1" from my waist and 1" from my hips.

    I agree with the above! Take measurements if you haven't already.

    If you are working out and eating properly you could be losing fat and gaining muscle (as long as you aren't eating at too much of a deficit).

    Otherwise, it could be sodium, water weight, etc etc.

    Thanks! Will be taking measurements!I I always feel guilty if I eat back my workout calories but a friend told me the same thing about not eatting enough calories! Thanks again!
