    Jillian Michael (biggest loser trainer) has a work-out video that is called the 30 day shred. It's a great way to jump start your weight loss.

    It is quite literally and physically a pain in your *kitten*. I just did day 2 against my butt muscles complaints.

    Do it! :) You'll will be sore, and in pain, but then soon you will realize what an amazing work out it is! Its tough, however she does do moderation's so you can actually do the work out! It will make you sweat, and proud of your workout! :) I just completed the shred, and I know for a fact it really helped me, in losing inches and weight! :)

    Honest it does get easier, just finished day 10 level 1, I may feel like that tomorrow on day 1 of level 2 LOL :ohwell:

    No, just enough space to do jumping jacks and some lunges. I have a pretty small space in my living area and it works.
