Easy Summer LOW calorie meals ideas needed!

I live in the south and the summer heat is TERRIBLE!!! With this being said I try to turn my oven on as little as possible. I would like to cook more cold meals that are low calorie. Any website suggestions and/or meal ideas?

    Go to fitnessmagazine.com. They have GREAT easy, low calorie and "cold" meal ideas.

    try chilled soups! you do have to turn on the stove, but you can make a huge vat once a week and spend the rest of the week having delicious chilled dinners.
