I just looked in the mirror today and saw myself through different eyes. I am fat, I'm actually above and beyond overweight, obese and Disguisting! Can't live my life this way any more and I need friends, supportive friends to get me through this journey I am about to embark on. I just realized...I can't do this alone. I can't fit in any of my clothes, my stomach is destroyed from all the junk food I have been living on. I'm in need of some serious self control and most importantly some awesome people to keep me in line. Glad I got that off my chest :D

    So first of all, welcome, I'm new here too and looking for friends. Second, you are not disgusting! I do hear ya though, I sometimes feel disgusting because of how let my lack of willpower get to me for way too long. The good news is we're ready for change so let's do it!
