I bumped into an friend on the school run who I had not seen for ages. Plus the last few times I did see her I have been wearing my massive winter coat and this morning I was just in lighter clothes.

She congratulated me on how much weight I had lost and I was so chuffed with her delight. I also told her I am currently four months pregnant and she was even more amazed at 'how well and good' I looked.

I feel on cloud nine today, still have a long road ahead but I am slowly getting somewhere, hurrah :)

    Congrats! It's always nice to have someone notice your weight loss when you weren't planning on showing it to anyone :) Woot woot!
