    Let's discuss perfume/cologne..do u like...do u like it on your SO..any favs??

I'm not a huge perfume fan....right now I am into grapefruit and wear The Gap, So pink...I usually only have one perfume I wear/use at a time
I'm personally NOT a fan of cologne on men...
It always reminds me of Old Spice/old man

    discuss.

I like Oscar De la Renta-Its soft and not over powering.
My fav is the perfume the Fredricks of Hollywood used to carry, it was a soft sensual smell, I love it, but they no longer have it.
I like my man to wear cologne, but I don't like him to drowned in it.

The right cologne on a man is intoxicating.

But agreed Grace, not if he is drowned in it.

Ohhh Opium...my mom's signature scent forever
    She loves it
Th efunny thing is all her clothes etc smelt of Opium but she became totally immune to it

Maybe I was ruined by my FIL who was the type to drowned himself in cologne...you would choke if he walked past you...yuck

Well, I have used it for years too,( I am 53) just a dab here and there, it is a stronger scent. DH barely wears any at all so no drowning in my house.  too darn expensive to drown in.

    Something:

Why do upscale restaurants always serve hard bread? Good bread should be soft.

    Discuss.

    1st off....I'm afraid of restaurants...member

Secondly, you shouldn't touch the bread basket....always send it back/away

Thirdly, we always have soft bread in NJ....

I think crusty bread is supposed to be a sign that it was baked fresh. Sourdough bread is a multiple day ordeal and crusty sourdough is supposed to be the very best! However, lacerating your mouth on bread crust is not my thing either, I cheat and tear out the soft middle, leave the crust! Heck some of it is so crunchy you could loosen a tooth trying to take a bite! perhaps it goes back to when people used bread to soak up their broth in soups etc. soft bread would just fall apart. IDK

And I hate it when you try to tear the hard stuff and crumbs go everywhere.

Well when you eat Al Fresco the little birds love it. You could ask the restaurant to steam your bread a bit, that will soften the crust. and make it hot at the same time!

    really?
Mmmm....that's weird because I went to TJ this afternoon to check out their greek yogurt and the small tubs were $1.69 each..same as our local SR before they go on sale
Are u referring to the BIG tub..I'm sure that's a much better deal, but I like the handy smaller tubes and the different flavors....darn greek yogurt :grumble:
