Protein Jello 48 calories - 8g protein per serving

Hi guys, just wanted to share a recipe that I made 2 days ago. It turned out so good. You can try other flavor combos.

1 large packet sugar free fat free jello mix - orange
1 scoop jay robb protein powder - dreamsicle flavor

Make jello according to package
1. boil 2 cups water
2. mix jello mix and 2 cups hot water until dissolved
3. take ur protein powder and mix it up in a shaker with 2 cups cold water.
4. now pour the 2 cups of cold water with the hot and give it a mix
5. place in the fridge to set up.

I made it into 4 large servings rather than 8 servings like the box says. so its 48 calories. 8 g of protein

you can try raspberry jello with maybe chocolate protein? strawberry jello with vanilla protein? there are many different variations you could use but that one tasted like dreamsicle jello. HAVE FUN :flowerforyou:

    Definitely making some tonight. Unfortuantely it will probably be with regular full sugar Jell-O though. Around Halloween I bought a ton for Jell-O shots for some LARP games I was going to, but one turned out to be alcohol free so most of the Jell-O was never used. (My roommate at the time had a b**** fit when I told him I was going to use sugar free Jell-O for the Jell-O shots, which is why I bought regular. (Last time I listen to that a*****e.)
