    I was going to post on the before and after thread, but its more of a before and during, so I'm piggy-backing on your post.

    Before: Jan 30

    I know that there's not much of a difference and I prob look worse in the 2nd set - but I made an effort not to flex my abs at all... just letting it all hang out.
