What is a food that you eat nearly everyday that you know without it you would not succed on your diet??
For me its Progresso Low Sodium Tomato Parmesan Soup. 1 cup = 80 calories.
I try to eat one cup for lunch and another for dinner....very low in calories, and soooooo delicious!

I have a couple...
1) Spritzer salad dressings (my salads were totaling in calories almost as much as a greasy McDonalds meal when I used regular salad dressing)
2) White Cheddar Rice Cakes- it's a great side for lunches & tastes better then popcorn! (I crunch mine up and eat it like popcorn)
3) Special K Cracker Chips- great when you want something salty instead of going for a bag of chips
4) No Sugar Added Fudgesicles- only 40 calories & fixes any chocolate cravings
5) Oranges- only 69 calories in a whole orange & amazingly filling
Personally, I have been eating breakfast/ lunch incredibly light/ low calorie (under 500 calories for both meals combined) so that I can eat a normal meal. I could never be on a diet that told me "NO, you can NEVER have that again" There are certain foods I just love to much I don't mind being super strict all day and rewarding myself and night.0 -
Greek yogurt
Gg bran crisps
Some real chocolate. Usually Reisens, 3 mud steers truffle crisp, or ghirAdelli dark choc0 -
Nestle Creme Brulee-35cal per 1 tbs. I know it's alot but I don't care! I have to have it with my coffee every morning!:drinker:0

These are great. Your go to diet foods are giving me great ideas. I used to go to fudgsicles too. They are amazing and super low cal.0

Cottage cheese. I am so addicted. With just a little drizzle of honey, it is soooo good. Or plain after a good workout. With strawberries for desert.0

- Boars head low sodium deli meat (60 calories for the turkey and chicken)
- Chobani Greek Yogurt (120 calories; but that is for the vanilla)
- Flatouts (100 calories a pop [and they are big])
- Eggs (forgot the cals on this one)
- Oatmeal (170 calories)
- Carbonated Water (when I need something with bubbles!) [and of course 0 caloreis]
Etc.
The foods I gave up that helped me loss weight:
- Bread
- chips
- cereal
- Soda (once and a while doesn't hurt)
Etc.
Basically I started eating more unprocessed food and unprocessed carbs (like fruit). And gave most of the processed stuff. But try some of the good foods I listed. They are delicious!!!! I hope I helped in some way

YES!! If you are a tomato lover!! It has such great chunks in it. I never get bored of it. And since I started eating a cup for lunch and dinner I've lost about 3 lbs. from just that. Which leaves me plenty of room for snack calories which I love! I highly recommend it!0 -

Slim Fast Meal Shakes...I tend to get busy and dont have a lot of time for lunch. These are great because they fill me up and keep from hitting the drive thru at Jack In The Box! lol I also have to have Crystal Light. I dont drink soda or fruit juice so water and fat free milk get a little old. There are sooo many yummy flavors of CL to choose from. And if I need something "bubbly" I just add in a bit of carbonated water.0

That sounds perfect!! I LOVE chunky soups, they feel so hearty and they're always really filling! And I'm definitely a tomato girl too, yummy! I'm really excited!0
