What are your extra fidgets?

I fidget when I can because I quite sillily believe that any extra calorie or two I can burn through the day will help. Examples:
1. In tanning bed - glute squeezes
2. In car - car dancing
3. In a meeting - single leg calf raise under the desk with the other leg crossed on top
4. While cooking - stop and do 10 plyo jump squats
So, how do you fidget to sneak in a little extra activity?

Sit up straight and pull my feet off the floor, but I really want to get a stand up desk.0

I would never call fidgeting silly. I've read articles that say that people who fidget (especially those who shake their legs constantly like me) burn up to 300 calories per day. I do not include fidgeting as a daily exercise but I do fidget because all the fidgeting I do is like exercise dessert. :happy:0

No, I don't count it in my exercise diary. I agree about thinking of it as exercise dessert...just something a little extra.0
