TEEN MOMS!?

Hi everyone :) I'm 19 and have a 14 month old son. I joined MFP so I can start losing the weight I gained during pregnancy. My goal is to lose 35 lbs and get back down to 120 lbs. For excercise I run/walk a few times a week and do P90X. Just lookin for other teen or young moms for friends and support. Thanks yall!! :)

    Im a young mom and gained 50 ILBS during pegnancy, so far I've lost 15 but I have 20 to 25 to go before I can fit back into my clothes. My son is 4 months old and still isnt sleeping through the night so going to the gym 4 times a week is KILLING ME. But, I have a supportive fiance that pushes me out the door some mornings. The hard part Im having is eating the 1200 recommened calories that they said I needed to lose weight. Im a stay at home mom, and the temptation is so hard, Ive stayed between 1200-1700 so far but Im not sure how long I can go without alcohol, fast food, and snacks. : (
  • it sounds like your doin great!! keep it up girl and youll get back to nolrmal in no time. its great that you have such a supportive finace. im starting to get back ito shape so late after i had my son because my ex fiance was very anti-supportive and didnt want to get back into shape. but now that that is over i am gettin back into the flow of things. its hard for me to at 1200 calories too. i love to eat! haha but im slowly working o lose 35 pounds so i can get own to 120
