TDEE and all that stuff questions

So I've been tracking all my info with my fitbit for a couple of weeks now, plus tracking all my food here (and somewhat tracking with WW but one of those will have to go soon because I'm starting to get annoyed with extra tracking).

Anyway, my average daily burn according to the fitbit is 2,276 calories a day. My average burn 1438. So is my TDEE the 2,276?

Am I doing that correctly?

I have about 5"3 and have about 83 pounds to lose.

Thanks!

If your fitbit is saying your burning on avg 2,276 calories a day then that is what your TDEE is. You burn roughly 16,000 calories a week. If you wanted to lose 1lb per week, this means you should eat roughly 1800 calories a day, every day.
