Hey everyone. My name is Rachel and I just joined MFP yesterday.
Im 23, 5'10 and weigh about 5'10...last summer I was about 175..
Im kind of confused because some say 190 is over weight for my height
and then others say 190 is fine for my height. Either way I still want to loose about
25 pounds and tone up but I was just curious to know what any of you guys think.
The hardest part of dieting to me is giving up soda and eating healthy. I seem to give in about a week in.
Id love any hints or suggestions on how to stay on trackk and also make some good friends to keep in touch with about progress and life!

Hey! Thanks for friending me!
I'm 5'9" and currently 174 but started at 197 - I'm looking to lose about 30 more pounds. I used this site to see what an ideal weight might be: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm - thought it might help you too!
