    Seriously, though, I'll probably eat about a pound of broccoli and some steak. Maybe a baked potato if I am extra hungry, although with as much broccoli as I am planning on consuming, I can't see that happening.

  • Greek pasta toss: brown rice pasta tossed with sauteed onions, garlic, roma tomatoes, kalamata olives, spinach, fresh oregano... and topped with a little feta. Sooooo good.

    We had omelettes. Filling: seasoned ground turkey, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, cheese, cilantro, jalepenos, sour cream, and salsa. They were awesome!

    Grilled Boneless, Skinless chicken breast, carrots and green beans- with a cap full of olive oil, italian herbs and cracked black pepper.
  • Tilapia, brown rice, and cucumber salad. Pretty boring here. :-)
