For those with HRM -- do a 5-minute test with me?

Is anyone up for a little test? Five minutes of jogging in place. Nothing fancy. No butt kicks or sprints. Just a comfortable jog while staying in one spot. Start calculating right when you start jogging and stop right after you finish your jog. Report back with:
HRM model
Weight
Height
Resting heart rate
Average heart rate during jog
Max heart rate during jog
Calories burned
I'm curious to see the difference in stats with various HRMs. Thanks! x

HRM model = Polar FT4
Weight = 141
Height = 5'6"
Resting heart rate = low 80s
Average heart rate during jog = 116
Max heart rate during jog = 127
Calories burned = 270 -
The stats above are my daughter's (thanks Meg). These are mine:

You each have your own HRM's that are each correctly programmed with your current stats? Also, how long were you 'in the zone' - I think that makes a difference.0

Same HRM with adjusted stats for each of us. She didn't make it into the zone, I was in the zone for 3:49.0 -

This was a VERY comfortable pace, didnt want to push too hard so that we could get good results0 -

Why is my Resting HR so much lower than everyone elses? Is that a bad thing???0 -
To above poster- my resting rate is lower too- not sure why but I seem to be ok!
I will do this tomorrow and report back (today is my rest day so I don't really want to even put on my hrm lol)0 -

Definitely a good thing. Fit people generally have lower resting heart rates.0 -

IT seems most of you have the FT4? I have "sportline F7" will post in a few ...It would be more interesting with different types of HRMs....This was an awesome idea BTW!0
