You know Chris.......Somebody somewhere on here is probably going to make a stupid douchey comment about how your snacks are all "empty calories" and why dont you chew on a carrot stick! lol

With that said......here are my empty calorie choices.......I love love love the weight watchers ice cream candy bars......and the 100 cal nonnis biscotti also a fav of mine is snackwells 130 cal choc drizzled caramel popcorn.

I dunno bout salty since im not much for salty stuff

Wow, a mug cake for only 160 calories?!? Where did you find that recipe?

My all time favorite is Healthy Pop Kettle Corn. They come in 100 calorie bags. It's whole grain so its filling. And 100 calories is actually a LOT of popcorn so its perfect for when you have the munchies and want to snack for a while. Satisfies sweet and salty cravings :)

1/4 of an avocado on a Wasa Crisp 'n Light cracker with a dash of kosher salt. 75 calories and it's immensely satisfying.

I take 1/3 cup Betty Crocker triple fude chocolate cake mix (you can use any cake mix you want but it may vary in calories) and mix it with 3TB water in a mug until blended. Microwave for 45 seconds and you have cake for 160 calories. You can add fat free Cool whip to that if u want or any other toppings but then you're also adding calories.

Right now I'm loving Luna Bars as a snack. I'm addicted to chocolate and the Caramel Brownie bars are AMAZING. Plus they have a bunch of protein and vitamins. I bought an entire box at whole foods. They are pricey but really hold you over.

Somebody on here said something about popcorn....I wonder if u could make your own caramel coated chocolate drizzled popcorn....That would be salty and sweet in one!

I LOVE Skinny Cow ice-cream sandwiches (140 calories each… and they are big!), 1 serving of chocolate covered almonds (160 calories per serving), 1 serving of dark chocolate covered pomegranate (140 calories), and low-fat string cheese (60 calories) with a serving of fresh fruit such as strawberries or an apple.
